Jessica Parrott, self-taught in all culinary delights, bakes her days away creating custom wedding and event cakes, cupcakes, and other tasty treats all by hand and from scratch.  

Jessica is motivated by the new and constant challenges of creative, beautiful, delicious, and unique desserts.  Inspiration can strike any time and comes from everywhere - art, fabric, an invitation, the seasons, architecture, music, and most important - you!  Each dessert is individually designed to match you and the event you are celebrating!  

Having always been a creative person, Jessica found food, specifically pastries, to be her favorite medium for expressing her creativity.  In 2007 Jessica started making a few cakes for friends and family, the word spread and she began to offer her creations for custom orders.  The doors of her retail bakery opened in the fall of 2011.  When she is not baking, Jessica is busy planning her next adventure with her husband and their adorable daughters and son, Scarlette, Delaney,  and Leo hanging out with their pup, searching antique shops for new dessert table props, and soaking in the sun at the beach.
